Horrible!!! Don’t recommend this company! Look somewhere else, you book appointment too fix your elevator they have you all day waiting with no response no answers, and when you finally get a hold of them they say tomorrow they will come, they don’t have word and they make you loose your time! Don’t waste your time with this place.

Our elevator in our building has been out for 4 weeks. They won't give the managers of our building a status report. Every time they call, they don't have an update. Don't install Otis elevators. It takes them forever to service an issue. They never have the parts to fix it. This is the second elevator in our building that has been out for WEEKS.
