Otis technicians are well worth their weight in gold. The city shut us down due to a frayed cable. Their technician, Andre, came in promptly and we were able to pass inspection the same day. Their maintenance team is A+ and as a community manager, elevator disruptions have a major impact to the operations. Thanks again to Andre for being the hero of the day.
No one ever answers the phone.
The elevator sometimes doesn't work. Then it starts working again. There is obviously something going on.. Unreliable company.
