1 putty was missing from my impression kit. I wrote in to the company asking to send the missing one. They instructed me to take 2 impressions instead of 3 even though 3 gets the best results. I asked again to send the missing putty and they canceled my order. They also aren’t showing my 1 star review on their website. That’s super sketch. Decided to go with Pro Teeth Guard instead and MUCH happier with their customer service!
I purchased a kit from Walgreens and shipped it back to Otis with the include pre paid envelope and never received the night guard. I contacted them via email, and the customer support are so rude. What a waste of my money and time. Stay away from this company. I tried posting reviews on their own page, and it does not show up, so I know most of those reviews are fake.
This business has been a disappointing experience. If you check their Facebook ratings, you'll see numerous complaints about their customer service. I've even started to question the legitimacy of this business due to their unprofessional behavior.
