My 90 year old mother has used them for years and has always been pleased with the service. But she has been having some issues with them lately coming to pick up her trash she has called 4 or 5 times. They tell her they will send someone out but they never show up. Her container is overflowing and still have not showed up to pick it up. Someone in charge needs to get in touch with her. This is getting ridiculous.
Otis runs a first class operation. Highly recommend.
This guy is great. He is swift, ontime, never misses a beat. I love it. I wake up and it seems the garbage is being dump at 4:00am. 5 stars for this One!
