“I recently had my last visit with this dental office, and unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the experience. Neither the dentist nor the assistants checked my teeth or explained the procedure, which left me feeling uninformed and uncomfortable. I expected a higher level of care and communication, especially given that this was my final visit. Overall, I feel let down by the lack of attention and thoroughness.”
