The doctor answered all questions I had regarding transferring my orthodontic care. He was willing to work with the appliances already in my mouth, and gave me a treatment timeline that was on track with my original timeline of 2 years. They gave me an excellent price (about $1400 under another place i was quoted), and made me feel comfortable in the office. I loved the staff I worked with, they were knowledgeable and courteous.
Dr. O is not ok with mediocrity. He wants to make sure you are the best you and strives for that in his work. He is the ultimate professional.
Dr. Othman is always on time, provides detailed information, is very caring towards patients as well as always professional with parents. The office environment is also extremely welcoming. Amy and other front staff personnel are caring and accommodating of our needs and are always welcoming of our questions and inquiries.
Dr. Othman is very friendly and I have seen much improvement since getting my braces on!
