The wait time lately has been long for the later afternoon (after 4pm) appointments. It’s been at least 20-30min waiting before being seen. Still worth the wait since service is great but can get challenging when folks have time constraints during the week.

We have been seeing Dr Othman for the past 2 yrs for my son’s orthodontist treatment. He thoroughly discussed all our options and helped us evaluate the pro and cons of various treatment plans. He was very patient with all our questions and guided us towards the plan that would work best for my son. His staff (especially Amy) is very helpful and is always happy to help around my son’s school schedule. I fully recommend Dr Othman and his staff for their orthodontic treatment.
