RecommendedRyan and Courtney are involved and aware of your needs. The team environment is welcoming and encouraging as opposed to many other workout experiences. Each day is a challenge and different and many of the workouts are refreshing and fun! I have been searching a long time to find what works for me and this is definitely it! So glad my friend Nyarai invited me to a free class - I'm hooked. Can not wait to see what a difference a year makes!

RecommendedI'm in week 3 of the Summer Shred/Detox Challenge and I am already noticing the results. � The class sizes are small which gives you that one on one trainer feeling. The workouts are never the same and are always challenging. The coaches are inspirational and are there to help you achieve your goals. Can't wait to continue my journey!!!
