The classes are small. If you can’t do a certain workout it’s modified for you. I’ve only worked out with Courtney and her husband Ryan and I have to say I’ve gotten some real good workouts in. Hopefully I can obtain my goal weight with this kettlebell workout. Love this program 😉

At OTG I get the toughest workouts I’ve ever done, but the personal attention and support from the other members help me meet every challenge! It’s all about family at. OTG.
I’ve been with OTG for a month and it’s being an amazing experience. All of the coaches have great workouts that are challenging. Courtney’s been an awesome coach in challenging me in the area of my eating habits and other fitness goals.
It's been a whole year of OTG and the experience has been incredible! The coaches are super friendly, knowledgeable and make the environment feel comfortable! I love being challenged without being barked at. I completed my first Spartan race because of OTG and their thoughtful agility training to prepare you for obstacle course racing. I feel stronger and love the people who all support each other here every day! I can't wait to run more OCR next year!
OTG has changed my life for the better. The gym especially has prepared me when I was first running Spartan races and now I’ve been consistently signing up for OCR races year over year. Another reason I love this gym is it really feels like a family atmosphere when going to classes. Thanks OTG!
I recently did the weight loss program with OTG and loved it! I’d been a member of the gym for a couple months but needed that extra kick to really start making progress towards my fitness goals. The coaches and 'family' atmosphere kept me accountable/motivated and I’ve really seen positive changes in my body and overall lifestyle. Best decision I ever made. I joined the New You challenge and dropped 21lbs! One my favorite things about OTG is the connection they form with all their clients! They make you feel like family and they give you the motivation, accountability, and tools to reach your goals! I've been trying to lose weight for 2 years with no luck.. OTG made it happen! I love these quick and effective workouts! Working on a 6 week fitness challenge at the moment, the support from the OTG team is incredible! I’d recommend this fitness community to everyone trying to create healthy lifestyle habits!
