RecommendedWe have used Otero Plumbing and Heating for years. They are quick and reliable. We recently had a new water line installed. They were very professional. When we had a question about the bill, they reviewed it, realized they had overcharged us and sent us a quick refund. We will definitely use them again.
My grandmother called this company to have her swamp cooler turned back on for the summer. They informed her that if it didn't work to call them back before 30 days free of charge. The second time she turned the air conditioner back on it did not work. She called to make another appointment so they could fix it because it wasn't working. I sent certified letter asking them to repair the damage they caused they have not done anything to resolve problem They seem to think by ignoring it will go away

Worker was unprofessional cussing , they forgot to get permit told me I should call inspector work was completed Tuesday and this is Friday 12:30 PM and still no inspector Can't get gas turned back on till inspector approves I have made multiple phone calls to office and Jonathan
Otero Plumbing has done great work for us personally in the past. We have been happy with their service but are even happier to find out that they just helped out Animal Village N.M. (no-kill shelter) in Alamogordo! We will be loyal customers for life!

Otero plumbing has worked on the plumbing in my house for the past several years. They also remodeled a bathroom for me. I have never had a problem.
Anthony and his crew have done every bit of plumbing work on my house for the past 10-15 years. I will never use anyone else. I trust him completely.
