Very professional staff. Like always Dr Otero treated me with the outmost care a patient could receive from her OBGY.
WOW! I landed here because I was looking for an email address and see negative reviews which make me sad. I have been with Dr. Otero for 17+ years and 2 births. She is honest, professional. thorough yet not excessive, efficient yet listens, and the absolute best. Her office has been easy and comfortable to work with. My mother and daughter are also now patents of hers and love her and her staff just as much!
I would always recommend Dr Otero's office. I have going to her office for over 20 years. The people in the office are always very friendly and personable. Dr Otero is very knowledgeable and has a great office manner. Every time I go in to her office its like coming in to see an old friend. Dr Otero sincerely listens to you and doesnt rush you to get out of the room to get to the next patient.

Dr. Otera is simply the best. Her office is clean staff are professional and very friendly. I have been going to Dr.Otera for 22 years. Her knowledge that she shares and willingness to take time to talk to me along with her welcoming smile are a few reasons I continue to go to her. I would not go to any other dr. She is the best!!

Dr. Otero was absolutely disrespectful to me. During the middle of an exam, she asked me questions about my personal life. That was okay. Once I told her I was moving in with my boyfriend she preceded to tell me “I was making the biggest mistake of my life” and that it wouldn’t work and clearly had an issue with men. Dr. Otero is an excellent, knowledgeable doctor in her field. She is down to earth,easy to speak with, professional, hilarious and with great bedside manners
Dr. Otero has been my GYN for more than 20 years. She is caring and extremely thorough. She found my osteoporosis a long time ago, when no one else was looking. I will admit that I have had a few frustrating visits, which included long wait times. Once, I was 10 minutes late, because I could not find parking (at their old office) and they tried to cancel my appointment. I put my foot down. There needs to be more respect for the patient's time. But, to me, Dr. Otero is worth the small hassles.
