They did my mom's 70th birthday cake and it was amazing!
I love this bakery . On every holiday i go to Oteri s Bakery to get a cake. Every order they take there time and there are never any complaints from me or anyone else i know that s have gone there. Great job ladies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oteri's Bakery is great. I always get my cakes year after year and i have yet encounter any problems. the taste is great as well as there designs. if they don't have a picture in the books for what you are looking for, there are more than willing to try to help you get what you want. And you can't bet there prices, very affordable. This is why i love them. I will recommend this place to everyone.
It's a neighborhood bakery. You'll be hard pressed to find better cannolis in Philly. In my opinion, they're better than anything coming out of South Philly. Delicious cookies and cakes as well. Parking is a bit rough as it is right on 5th street just a few blocks away from the Boulevard. It's best to come with a friend so one of you can wait in the car while the other runs inside. You won't regret it.

I was a little overwhelmed during my first visit to Oteris with so many pastries presented to me in the glass cases. The girl behind the counter recommended trying their cannolis and boy are they delicious. The cannolis are filled upon order. After trying all 3 cannoli flavors (chocolate, vanilla, ricotta cheese with chocolate chips), I'd have to say the ricotta cheese with chocolate chips is definitely my favorite.
