Such a sweet place. Towed the van used for a disabled child on New Year’s Day. Her wheelchair was in the van too and the car seats. For what? A rear tire being on the grass on a holiday. Way to go trolling the neighborhood knowing there are a lot of people and little parking. There was a disabled parking pass hanging on the rearview mirror. Where are the disabled parking spots? I don’t know how you sleep at night. Disgusting.

Fantastic EXEMPLARY customer service!! From the moment the phone request was made until my vehicle was parked in my driveway, I experienced efficient and knowledgeable service. I was treated with respect and urgency. When the dispatcher said my driver would call me ASAP, I received a call within 15 minutes letting me know exactly when I could expect him. They put a sticker on a legally parked car and not on the car that was illegally parked. The owner of the car stated that it was OTC responsibility to remove the sticker because the sticker had no legal right to be put on the car. We asked OTC to remove the sticker OTC didn’t acknowledge thier mistake or apologize. They said they didn’t make a mistake, we asked for proof and they were unable to provide any proof that the car was ever illegally parked. They promptly hung up when we called.
