Phenomenal service and food with the best view! The atmosphere of the restaurant is absolutely gorgeous and even the presentation of the food itself was immaculate. I recommend getting the "Otaru course" option which includes several courses of sushi and a dessert at the end. The matcha mochi was absolutely incredible. I also loved the lychee martini I had!
