I was on my way to Atlantic City with my whole family to celebrate my daughters birthday when my front wheel started shaking due to a bad bolt. I would not be able to continue our vacation plans without the help of the crew at OTA car care. Thanks to Joe, Alex and the wonderful lady at the front desk (sorry I forgot your name). Joe went out of his way to help get my car fixed on a Saturday afternoon when other shops around failed to help me with my van. I am so lucky to come across a great shop and great people. Had my oil changed today and I had an amazing experience! Extremely nice staff and so helpful. I highly recommend to come here! Definitely will be returning.
Before yesterday I had never been to OTA, I Had my car towed in with a bad alternator at 3-4pm on a Friday afternoon, had it back on the road by noon the next day. Very friendly staff and better price than what other local mechanics were quoting me. Highly recommend to anyone in the area
