My second time at OTA and definitely not my last. I had a flat tire on Monday and had to use the spare. I ordered a new tire and new rim on Wednesday. The tire was in by Thursday and the rim was in by Friday! They took me in before they closed to change everything out. Had a great conversation with Jeff and every employee was nothing but respectful and professional. OTA again for the win. During the pandemic, Took the car in. Everything is sanitized, even sanitized my car interior. Found the problem and got it fixed same day. Just such a dedicated group of people. I can’t thank them enough.
