OT Auto Sales did a great job with helping me purchase the 2006 BMW M3. I'm currently located in Durango, CO so a lot of the communication about the car had to be done over the phone. They were very upfront with all the information about the vehicle so there were no surprises when I showed up to pick up the vehicle. They also were able to get me a very reasonable interest rate for a loan on the vehicle. All and all they did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone that asked.
When I first came to ot auto I didn't think I would be this lucky when I fist walked in I spoke to mr. green and he told me that my credit score was a 0 then he told me to call back Monday because the bank was closed i then called back and spoke to Jermaine and he told me that I had been approved and that I can come in and drive out the same day I was so excited I was in disbelief but when I came that's what happened they worked they best to get in a car and they did they treated me like family and I drove out with a 2014 I ... read more
Absolutely wonderful people here. Tirrell is the man! He goes above and beyond for the customer. He went to bat for my wife and I when another couple wanted to buy the jeep we drove an hour and a half for and had been in contact about for the passed 2-3 weeks. He worked to get us a great rate and warranty! I would highly recommend working with him. When we start looking for another vehicle, we will definitely check here first! Perfect customer service and very satisfied!
