The absolute worst experience I have ever encountered. I got a unit. Which they falsely advertised the size as 5x10. If it is 3.5x8 I am lucky. But I didn't have a choice as I needed to return the Uhaul or be charged another day. Unloaded. To find there is no way to secure this unit. I have called many times. And nothing has been done. It has been a week and a half and still nothing has been done about it. The people you talk to on the phone only say I sent a message to our "boots on the ground".
