The owners were willing to help me understand about security deposit in that one I didn't understand most of it
Wouldn't rent a room from this guy if it was the last room in oswego owners son in law is very rude bullys everyone around the naborhood ask not to fill in lil old lady's handicap ramp in and this is his response
Rooms are very clean, owners are extremely nice people to deal with. We are a local contractor who has done work on this building and Ish and Jimmy are always on site. Never had any issues working for them or dealing with them. I recommend people stay here.
