Extremely rude MRI tech slammed head phones on wife's head as she stayed she didn't want them the recording you can hear the tech the machine can explode freaking my wife the tech then told my wife she is done without doing MRI. Very rude and unprofessional MRI tech do better Oswego.
Messed up my order and wasn’t even able to get my scan done. They messed up one damn word and now I have to do the whole process all over again.
I waited 4 months for an appt.fos a mammogram and bone density. My appt.was for 4/21/25 and 1 hour before my appt. Time at 11:00 am I received a call cancelling my appt. The kicker was they could not reschedule until September. At that point I told her to cancel everything. I know machines breakdown but seriously, September before I can be rescheduled.
I received decent service and not a long wait at all
