I have always had a good experience when I have gone there and I have been told in the past I'm a "hard stick". There has never been an issue with getting it right the first time. Staff is very friendly as they get to know repeats. At first staff was only professional but now a mixture of both is nice. It also helps that it's only 3 blocks from me, especially for fasting lab tests. Lol! I would definitely recommend this Lab station.
Very unpleasant, and when I called to get information about when I could do my labs safely they hung up while I was mid question. I was asking about the protocol for AM only labs and clarification on the fasting and they hung up on me, potentially leading to complications and further issues if I did not seek out these answers
Experienced staff. Painless. Tests are processed in house so very quick turn around.
