Have been a regular customer of their service dept. for over 10 years. The service guys are top notch. That is what keeps me coming back. They have serviced my race bike and have coached me through repairs for my beaters. They are good with parts. they have classes on a regular basis for folks like me that like to turn a wrench. I had a great experience bringing my four year old in. Jim set us up with some training wheels and gave us some great advice. Jim has kind of supplanted me as my son's hero. We will be back. This place is great.

Just got my first road bike from Oswego Cyclery and I don't think it could've gone any smoother! Payton and Art were incredibly helpful answering all of my questions! Kudos to Payton for being so knowledgeable and showing me how to change a tire! Thank you both so much! Hopefully I'll see you soon for some weekend rides!
