In my experience, initially I thought they were a great business to help with your biking needs, but after my bike was fixed customer relations went out the door, any current issues or bike related ideas I have they want nothing to do with me, definitely lost my business and won't be recommending it to anyone I know, live 20-25 minutes away not going to make that drive for questions that can be asked via phone or messaging

Great experience getting my broken spike fixed there. It was fixed fast. Got it home and realized my back tire was then flat.... brought it back in, and they repaired it FREE of charge! Great customer service! I’ll be back! JM
Went here to get air and someone say they can’t put air in my bike but gave me a air pump that’s wasn’t Evan for my bike and I told him I don’t think it’s fir my bike and he twisted me air value and bent it and act like he did nothing this place is a scam

You maybe able to save a few bucks buying a bike on the internet, however, when you buy a bike from Art, you get the "whole package"! A great bike, a competitive price, excellent customer service (even years after the purchase), and you become part of the Oswego Cyclery family!
