I have been coming to this office for over 30 years. Dr Thomas is kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He spends a lot of time with me and allows me to ask questions.
I have been coming to this office for a couple of years and as time goes on the staff gets unprofessional to the patients. The young lady that answered the phone down right refused to assist me with getting an RX refilled. If you call and ask for an office manager they will hang up on you. I would not recommend the stress or the headache of dealing with this to anyone.
The lady answering the phone is very rude and has no type of customer service communication skills. I am a patient not her friend and her tone of voice and vernacular used was inappropriate for a physician's office. Will not be returning
