Can say enough good about Dr. O and his staff!! After 40yrs of fearing the dentist to my core.. and finding Dr. Oswald, I seriously have NO fear.. and he provides No pain with outstanding care!! Thank you Dr.O, Marci and Erin..!!
The office is a very relaxing place, and everyone is really friendly.
As always I feel like I received good care. However, I am wondering about the sudden deterioration in my mouth. By that I mean that I am 59 years old and have never been told that my mouth is in terrible shape. I have been in for a deep cleaning now two times and this time was given a sales pitch on a different toothbrush etc. I was first very very worried by what I was told but have since talked to two other patients of yours and been told they were told the same thing all of a sudden. It is always a pleasent visit to his office. The staff is very friendly and professional.I don't have ant complaints and feel that Dr. Oswald is a very good Dentist.
My new hygienist Cheryl(?) was very nice, made me feel like I accomplished something, very informative. I was disappointed a second time with you DR Oswald not even being there. I guess I just expect you to be there, even to simply review the xrays, when I make an appointment with you. Perhaps you could mention this in you email reminder, in the future. Still, great office practice.
This office was organized, on time and very professional. I had spent years with a previous dentist who was not performing the exams to new dental recommendations, and found to my surprise that even though I'd been told for years that my teeth were "Great", I was actually on the verge of Gingivitis. Thanks Ashley!!! You were great!!
My back right teeth are not fitting together correctly, the new filling too high on one side. Need to be address when I come back on Monday for the left side
The dental hygenist's were sooo good with my girls. They were scared to get there xrays and they took quite along time to convince them. But they were very patient. Thank you so much
