I have super sensitive teeth/gums so I always dread getting them cleaned. The water tool has been used the last few times (wish I had tried it sooner) and after using "The Dirt" tooth powder and the expensive toothpaste they sell in the office, I had very little plaque and tartar so there was little scraping with a metal tool needed. The staff person did a great job and carried on a conversation to get my mind off of what she was doing. I've been going there over 25 years and prefer to stay there.
I'm one of those people who gets very nervous when thinking about dental work. I'm glad that I'm working with Dr. Oswald's office. The office is bright, cheery and has up-to-date equipment that saves time and discomfort. All staff members work to make the experience a pleasant one. I would gladly be a reference for the office.

I was brought back almost immediately after I arrived, which was slightly early. The woman who did my cleaning was awesome, I wish she could do it everytime!
