Very professional care
just hope the two root canals are done
I am impressed with the friendliness and flexibility of this office. My first visit came two hours after I called about a bad tooth. A week later Dr. Oswald worked on it, and did a fine job. I've been in there one other time. I enjoyed the staff's company every time I'm in there. They are really down to earth, and seem to love what they do.
Very thorough cleaning with the hygienest. Positive experience all the way.

its always very nice to go to a dentict that has very happy staff and very helpful
It would nice if the hygienist didn't feel the need to "show" someone how to floss everytime I come in, I have been shown many times. Also the fees at checkout, I never seemed to be forewarned that my treatments will now cost "x" amount of money. I didn't know they changed me to a different type of cleaning for all the time and that it would now cost me. Many times I have been told insurance will cover it only to find out it doesn't.
I find the preaching about flossing to be getting old and the comments by the dentist about "fixing" my teeth, which are really not a problem (very small space on my lower teeth that are not visible to most people, including myself) to be annoying and like he was wanting more money by promoting unimportant "repairs". The hygentist even agreed with me that his recommendation was really unwarranted. I also dislike how everyone calls him "doctor".
