Been a patient for about twenty years. My wife and I are very happy here.
Have been going to Dr. Oswald's office for 15 years. The assistants are great and always do a nice job. Dr. Oswald himself is always pleasant and gentle too.
I walked right in at my appointed time and had a very efficient cleaning done by a very pleasant young hygienist named Natalie. Too bad Natalie is apparently moving to Atlanta. Oh well, all the hygienist at Oswald's office are excellent!
I was treated with respect, and praised for the extra effort that was taken on my part to try and help correct a condition.

In the dental world, it is common to have the dentist go from room to room to work on several patients, making the most of his time. I felt that my waiting in the chair with a hole ready to be filled for 10 minutes was not a good thing. Trying to fit an appointment in at lunch time did not work as well as I thought it would. Lesson learned.
Dr. Oswald and Holli were very professional and friendly. I don't mind going to the dentist at all!

Excellent, caring, courteous service. Very minimal wait time. Offered nitrous, and numbing shot was not painful. Very pleasant, friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this dental office.
