As always, you treat the customer with great care. You new office is a little intimidating when I think about who is paying for the new lobby and all (me). But your office workers are superb and well informed. I wish you were on my insurance plan, it's a pain to reconcile between in and out of group rates.
I know you missed or almost missed your lunch to ensure that my experience was comfortable and positive and you guys are all just awesome. Thank you so much for your patience and kindness for someone with a crazy, who knows why, fear of teeth work. You made it the best experience possible and I thank you. I don't think I'll even be as nervous the next time but even if I am I know you'll take good care of me. :) Thanks again!

Great staff now with a great new facility! The staff and Doc Oswald take great care of you. It is easy to see that they know what they are doing and take great pride in the dental health of their clients. Maeghan took the time to make me comfortable with the new facility and make sure she provided what I needed for my dental hygiene - giving me feedback on what I was doing right and wrong. The staff was also very helpful in making sure my military forms were updated correctly for my medical readiness.
