Excellent!! Solved my GI problem that another GI doc couldn't!
Dr. Fajardo listen to my concerns and explained all questions I had. Took his time to make me and my husband at ease with decisions that needed to be made.

I'm sure Dr. Fajardo is good at what he does, unfortunately he only sees his patients once and then you are turned over to a PA. The billing department is incompetent. They will cash your checks, misapply or not apply the payment and try to bill you multiple times for procedures that you have paid for. When requesting that payments be applied correctly and new statements sent out, they tell you that it would be to confusing for you. No it would confuse you too much.
Excellent Gastroenterologist and staff. Have been through 2 procedures with Dr. Fajardo. Always fast attention and quick results. Dr. Fajardo is an excellent MD and a gentleman. I recommend Dr. Fajardo to anyone who takes they health seriously when it come to put it in the hands of a great Physician!
AVOID AVOID AVOID. Dr. Fajardo is great! He listens. He's competent. He tries to help. Unfortunately, he's attached to a business with the most incompetent (or fraudulent depending on your perspective) Billing Department in the state of Texas. They failed to accurately disclose the total cost of my procedure and then attempted to bill me for the procedure I had and a (more expensive) procedure I didn't have. They've also failed to accurately apply all the payments I've made. Find another group.
Dr. Fajardo is compassionate and very knowledgeable. He takes the time to listen and understand before rushing to a diagnosis. Highly recommend!
