Do not recommend this office. From the errors of office staff making the huge mistake not scheduling my procedure at outpatient facility after me doing prep. Not doing due diligence to make sure I got clearance from other doctors to do said procedure had 2 plus weeks) To the initial short 5 minute conversation with doctor with my concerns. I had a bad feeling from the start and in the end couldn’t get procedures scheduled on time so chose to find another doctor. Too many red flags.

I’ve treated by Dr Fajardo for a long time. I’ve undergone colonoscopies, endoscopy and several treatments. Dr Fajardo is overly qualified, professional and very caring doctor. We’ve moved from Frisco to Forney and we rather drive back to Frisco to be seeing by him. I definitely would recommend Dr Fajardo.
I had a colonoscopy with Dr. Fajardo and he is fantastic. All the staff was wonderful and very professional. I recommend them highly.

the staff and dr fajardo treat you with efficiency and great care throughout the procedure. this is my third colonoscopy. each one has been a good experience. i highly recommend the doctor and his staff.
