Dr. Arrington has been my GP (general practitioner((family doctor))) for over 10+ years. She is an absolute professional, I can NOT express how much she actually gives a @#$% when I talk she listens, no matter how trivial I think it is, she listens to her patients. This is the best and #1 characteristic of a good DR. She is also no nonsense so these things do collide on occasion, but her caring and friendly personality help cushion my stupidity. we love her. I'm not speaking for the entire building only on the 3rd floor. I arrived 30 minutes early as directed to fill out all necessary paper work. My appointment was at 2:00 p.m. I literally told the nurse what I was there for. She did not assist me AT ALL! I literally waited over a hour and 30 minutes and still was not seened. She was rude and was not following proper guidelines to correctly wearing her mask. I had no other choice but to leave and to find myself where I was suppose to be. If I could 0 stars I would. Frankly 1 star is too high. They are so unprepared and unprofessional no hospitality. Takes one hour and a half to just be seen. My wife (who is 38 weeks pregnant) had a appointment at 9:15 didn’t come see her Till almost 11 o clock then I’ve came to all the appointments till this one bc they wouldn’t let me in due to COVID but why was my temperature took and got a Date sticker? Just to tell me I can’t come in knowing that we live an hour away no heads up I just hope it’s not like this for everyon... read more
