If I could give 0 stars I would. I highly recommended not going to this site if you want a provider to actually listen and care about your concerns. Being in the health care profession for almost 20 years now, and working at OSU, never in my life have I left an appointment, twice in utter tears. The pure aggressive behavior and lack of compassion I experienced has left me jaded from ever trusting another nurse practitioner. Brilliance at it's best! I had appointment scheduled 3 months out to establish care. They rescheduled 2 weeks prior for a telehealth visit. Mind you I am vaccinated .. They did not send the link to the appointment and did not answer their phone or call me when clearly something was wrong because we spoke on the phone recently. I called AGAIN and finally they turned their phone on , an hour late .. If you want to waste your time, feel free to seek their care and be turned away.
