This is my daughter's third stoma, and by far the most challenging. Part of it dips below the skin, which made it incredibly difficult to pouch. I am very Thankful for Kerri. She is super responsive, very willing to check in with you and see how you’re doing! I have nothing but praise for her and she has been a big help to me with my leakage your shoes on my urostomy.
I have had my ostomy for 4 months now and had not found anyone to help me with the problems that I’ve been having although I had met with several different “specialists”. Then I was referred to Kerri. One phone call and my issues were fixed! She has been the only one to actually listen to what was going on and have knowledge of all the ostomy products.
