UPDATE…still a horrible company. DO NOT USE!!! The service manager ensured me they were coming to get the tank so it didn’t sit in my yard till Spring. Well it’s March and it’s still there. They even told me to make sure I clear a path to it with the snow storms that were coming so I shoveled a path every storm this ridiculous winter for no reason at all. Company is trash. What is the point of having them monitor the tank in real time if they don't fill it on time. Can never get anyone on the phone either. Looking for another supplier.
TERRIBLE!! AVOID AT ALL COST!! My house is on auto delivery and still called 5 days before the heat runs out. Now it is 3rd day that we don’t have heat with kids. They keep telling tomorrow but not happening. I can’t get any other company to fill the tank and customer service does not help at all too. I will file complaint with Attorney General’s office… Can’t stress enough how abysmal the service is…
They were great when we started with them, not so much now. Can’t get them on the phone, they don’t deliver until the tank has less than 10% by their estimate, which is often wrong. If you call you wait on hold forever (40 min today), and basically get an answering service that relays your message to dispatch. Says they’ll call back, never do. Nice drivers and nice people on the phone, and I get that this is a tough business, but who wants a propane company that can’t deliver reliably?
Multiple refill requests have been pushed off or ignored and now I have no heat in below freezing weather. Our appointment was pushed off due to "emergency" appointments. Not sure what constitutes as an emergency, but they sure don't care if you have heat or not
