Multiple refill requests have been pushed off or ignored and now I have no heat in below freezing weather. Our appointment was pushed off due to "emergency" appointments. Not sure what constitutes as an emergency, but they sure don't care if you have heat or not
DO NOT USE!!! Basically impossible to deal with. Bought a house with an existing Osterman propane tank and gave them a 2 weeks heads up that I was switching to Irving. Irving said Osterman would need to remove their tank from my property after the switch out and is a usual thing when properties change hands. That was 6 weeks ago and their tank is still sitting in the middle of my yard with 20” of snow coming this weekend. Called multiple times this week to try and get them out here but met with hold times 20+ mins and end up... read more
STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Osterman Propane adds on extra service fees for delivery even when they don’t physically perform the service. That is theft and this company needs to own up to robbing their customers!!
