Friendly and helpful staff. Very conscientious about form on the machines. Highly recommend!
This is a great environment to be in for any age. Build bones, heal the body, be awesome. I am young(er) but I want my body to be ready for when I am old(er), and Osteostrong is a great place to get a head start (or a now start) on building bone density and overall health. I have seen noticeable gains in my other physical activities... If you have not tried it yet... get down there and chat with their knowledgeable team members and clients!
Hooray!! I had a dexiscan three years ago and my t-score was 2.7. Because of this my doctor wanted me to start taking Fosamax. I declined and after much research I started walking 3-5 miles daily, taking Pure Barre classes 3-4 times a week and when Osteostrong came to St. George I started sessions there. Fast forward three years and my latest Dexascan showed improvement! My T-score is now 2.5! My doctor was very pleased and recommended I continue doing what I’m doing! I highly recommend Osteostrong….it works!
The employees are awesome - they truly care about me and ensuring that I get the best and proper work done to build my bones. I feel really good about going and feel like it will help my bones. Thanks OsteoStrong!
