I had an experience at OsteoStrong today with one of the coaches that was truly upsetting. I've been going there for six plus months and have truly enjoyed myself and felt very empowered by the experience. But this coach today spoke to me very inappropriately. Rave review for Osteostrong Mar Vista. I've been going for almost 5 years now. There is real science behind the four machines that trigger bone growth. The various modalities also stimulate bone growth as well as having many other health benefits. You can chose compression while on a PEMF mat. Osteostrong is a place where I feel supported and never judged. The staff all know my name and I love how they greet me with enthusiasm as I arrive. They are knowledgeable about the work we are doing and I believe that it is helpful for my wellbeing. Then I have to admit that I love that it’s short and painfree! Can it get any better?
Been going to OsteoStrong Los Angeles since 2019 and have seen positive results to my bone density. Annual DEXA scan taken has shown 4% increase in spine and hip. The staff is awesome and really cares about your progress. I would recommend Osteostrong to anyone who wants to invest in their health.
