I am glad I found Osteo Strong. On my first visit i was welcomed by a friendly staff.The owner Brandon is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly The equipment they have, there is state-of-the-art. I go once a week. I start with the trainer. With warm up exercises on a vibrating plate, then my four machines. Then back with a trainer to stretch out. I finish with one of their fabulous modalities.
