I’m so glad to be doing something to improve my bone health, along with eating properly and getting exercize. I wish more people knew about OsteoStrong. The people at the Cahaba location are great; they are ready and willing to assist and encourage!
I learned a lot that I did not know in the educational videos. I also love the staff and the environment at OsteoStrong. I highly recommend this program for building both strength and health
I went 3 times during a month special. I never signed up for the program but they charged me for 3 months before I caught it on my credit card. They would only refund me 2 of the months.
