I’ve been going to Osteostrong for 6 months, since I was diagnosed with osteopenia! I like seeing thr improvements in my weekly results and definitely see improvement in my balance. I tripped coming down the stairs while carrying my dog. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to catch myself, preventing injury to me and her!

I started out skeptical but I'm more and more glad I signed up with Osteostrong at every ​session! I like the science-based therapist and "modalities," the opportunity for periodic discounted REMS testing, and flexible scheduling. Can't wait to see if I get any t-score improvement this fall 🤞🏻.

I've been a member of Osteostrong for many years now and have experienced fantastic results! Creaks and cracks from my neck and knee have gone away, and I've steadily increased my bone density and muscular strength from my weekly sessions. The Hawaii Kai team is friendly, supportive, and generous with their time! Truly a fantastic experience. The membership is beyond worth the time and money - it is one of the best investments I have made in my well-being.
