Lived here as a tenant for 10 months. It is a great location with ample space. The owner tried to make the living conditions as comfortable as possible and tried to address any issue (if any) in a timely manner. As long as you take care of the property, there are no issues. Good place to live at. Would consider in the future.
I lived at Haven House when I moved to ME to start school there. Loved the place at first sight. The backyard and house are spacious and have a gorgeous view. The owner is very accommodating and tries (and succeeded) in making my stay comfortable and hassle-free. Going to extend my lease for another year since the 1st year was just so good.
