Had outstanding experience with Osteo Performance. My 12-year-old son was treated with care, patience and professionalism after injury from a badminton fall. Not only did Bryan help him through effective stretching exercises, but also took the time to teach him how to walk correctly to support quicker recovery as he was frightened to walk without the support of crutches and moonboot. Bryan is my coach at Tizona fencing club. He helped me improve my strength and speed.
Brian is great at what he does. I have had consistent recurring ankle and shoulder issues. When I went to physio they always focus on the issue whereas Brian worked to determine why it was happening and showcase it to me based on my movements. Through that he created a rehab plan with the goal of me minimising the chances of reinjury. So far it's working and I'm able to run again!!
I cannot recommend Dr Bryan enough, he’s very skilled at what he does. After years of not getting the right treatment for my injury, I’m finally starting to understand what I need to do to improve it. He’s friendly, very well educated and explains it in a way I can understand!
