I have known Kevin Osteen for 25-30 years. I worked with him daily for several years back when we were both working for FedEx. We keep in touch and I have seen him in action on work sites in the St Elmo neighborhood of Chattanooga. I am not exaggerating when I say his character, honesty, and quality of work are second to none. The good things said about him in reviews are true. Our kitchen remodel, and roof replacement wouldn't have been possible without Osteen Construction. Throughout the whole process Kevin was on top of every detail and did a great job with clean up. He is honest, insightful, very professional, and easy to work with. I would recommend Osteen Construction to anyone for small to large scale projects.

Osteen Construction was recommended to me by the manager of Stonedge Village, who told me he never recommends anyone he hasn't used himself! Kevin came to talk to me about the attic re-insulation project we needed done, then he wrote me a detailed email concerning the proposed work. He organized the date, came and did the work when we were not home, with his assurance that he would remain on site with his team for the duration of the work and would leave the house as clean as he found it.
