Friendly staff, competitive prices and they price matched the items that I chose.
So unprofessional on the phone and in store
Bought a kitchen tap at this place and a year later the hose on top of it stopped working even though I have never used it. Called to get a replacement and I was advised they do not sell replacements as they buy their products from overseas.
