I was at Dental Depot for my semi annual routine cleaning. It was fast, painless and everyone was knowledgeable and friendly I had contact with! Kudos!
This was my daughter very first visit to the dentist. And I was worried how she would act being someplace new and new people but wow!!! It's like she was a natural because they made her feel so relaxed and awesome there. The trains also helped too lol. But they was very calm, nice, and understanding. She loved going there!! We go back in 6 months and I'm thinking about making me an appointment as well. The staff and doctors are great!!!

The best part about my dental experience was the customer service skills that the hygienist has! She was the most polite person I have ever met! She is the first hygienist that has told me exactly what she was going to do before she did it. Even just spraying water into my mouth; she told me that it was just water that she was going to spray! She was also extremely gentle! I have always had anxiety problems with going to the dentist but not this time! Thank you Lula!
My daughter came in for some teeth extractions. Other than the office running behind schedule, everything was great. Dr. Herrin came in and introduced himself and talked with us for a minute while they were still prepping her and then came back and tried to do the procedure as quickly and painless as possible. The dental assistant was also very friendly and thorough on directions for after care.
They were fast and efficient. No waiting. When my appointment time came up, they were ready to start.
