I called and set up an appointment for the next day. He said he'd call before coming over. Didn't show, didn't call, so I called again at 5 PM. He said he'd be there the next day and would call first. Never called, never showed. Never heard from him again. Guess he doesn't need business...
We had used Osslund for our siding and roof many years ago. Steve Osslund did a good job with that. Last summer we needed our attic fan replaced. We had to hound down to get him to install it. He blew us off for one appointment (in hindsight, we should have gone elsewhere at this point, but we really trusted him). He finally installed it and it worked for a while.
