Ive called several times trying to obtain my prescription however the mailbox was full. Unbeknownst to me this location has closed. Rosin eyecare has acquired the location and any pt information. Save your time go through Rosin's customer service and sign a release form for your personal information. Would have been great if Ossip would have given notification to its customers.

Completely NEW staff and NEW ownership! Amazing experience! The doctor is very thorough and explains everything in great detail! The NEW general manager, front desk, technician, and optician are all happy and attentive! They really went beyond my expectations! I also love the variety of frames: great brands and new styles! Rayban, Oakley, Maui, etc. They also have the newest contact lens technology! I will definitely recommend this optical to my friends and family considering my latest visit!

The Dr. I see is great! He is very nice and gentle, while explaining things thoroughly. The front desk however, is absolutely horrible. Being someone who has worked as a front desk receptionist for many years, I expect to be treated a certain. The woman with the long braids was rude, unprofessional(talking about other patients in front of me) and just all around unpleasant. If it wasn't for the Doc, I probably wouldn't come back.

Attempted to make an appointment with this office and the receptionist was SO rude and not helpful that I would NEVER give this place a second chance. The Docs need to understand that the people on the phone are representing the company. If there is a negative experience with him/her, the chances or anyone continuing going there is very few and far between.
