I was hesitant when Ossip took over the eye doctor that was previously here. Seeing as how my eye doctor retired and Ossip is well known, I stuck with them an gave them a shot. I have been a faithful customer to the Ossip in Camby, IN. My vision is very bad and I have to have routine exams for contacts and glasses both. They are pricey, but usually good care is. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Professional optometry clinic. Come in and see them to get the correct prescription and smiley faces.
Good customer service but extremely expensive. Unfortunately I won't be back.
Terrible customer service! I had an appointment scheduled for 3 weeks at a specific time to work around my work schedule. They decide to call me a week before and inform me they cannot honor the appointment bc the doctor doesn’t come in until after that time. Then you shouldn’t have scheduled the appointment in the first place! Needless to say I will be changing optometrists.
