My optometrist of many years, Dr Jerome Muskat, joined this Ossip office. After my latest exam, I ordered new glasses for $630, but the frames didn’t fit. The office staff didn’t seem interested in correcting the issue, saying they don’t even bother to measure temple lengths. After a month of waiting for corrected frames, they just said they will refund my money. Their apathy was appalling.
