RecommendedDr. Flora gave me the most accurate eye exam i have EVER had and that's saying alot as I've worn glasses and contacts for as long as i can rembemer. 1st Doctor to tell me i needed Trifocials and she was 100% right, I was able to see soooo much better. What a difference it made, i went and bought two pairs for variety. My 1 year appointment is coming up and I already have my next pair of Dita frames picked out. Staff in the fitting and selection area was sooo nice, helpful and friendly too.
Took three tries to get glasses. Unbelievable! Staff with good customer service skills have zero technical skills. Staff with technical skills have zero customer service skills. Want to fit bi-focals in the general customer service area, poor lighting, said read a magazine. Seriously. Over $600 for a pair of glasses, three trips to get them correct, and zero fitting. Yah, I have to go to LensCrafters to get the glasses adjusted. Ugh. No wonder everyone buys online anymore.
